Executive Leadership

• Founder & Director: Leads the strategic vision, partnership development, and overall governance of SKEI, ensuring the organization stays true to its foundational roots.

• Administrator: Oversees daily operational structures, human resources, and internal policies to keep our programs running smoothly and efficiently.

• Treasurer / Accountant: Manages financial health, budgeting, and rigorous compliance, ensuring every resource and donation directly impacts the field.

Sector Coordinators

• Coordinator for Education: Oversees curriculum support, school placements, scholastic distribution, and student performance monitoring.

• Coordinator for Health: Manages medical outreaches, nutritional interventions, sanitation campaigns, and child wellness tracking.

• Coordinator for Livelihood: Leads community training, business development programs, and agricultural initiatives for SKEI families.

Communications & Relations

• Public Relations Officer (PRO): Acts as the voice of SKEI within the local community and local government, driving advocacy and public awareness.

• Business Communication Specialist: Fosters corporate partnerships, drafts organizational proposals, and builds local institutional relationships.

• International Communication Specialist: Manages relationships with global donors, international grants, and global awareness campaigns to connect Wakiso to the world.
